Wesley Phillips, P.Eng, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Development Engineering at ARC Resources Ltd., having transitioned from the role of Senior Development Engineer since July 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an Exploitation Engineer at Peyto Exploration & Development Corp., where development strategies for stacked Cretaceous Zones were implemented, and as an Exploitation Engineer at Progress Energy Canada Ltd., managing development activities for the Montney resource play. Wesley's earlier roles included Production Engineer-In-Training and Field Engineer-In-Training, providing comprehensive exposure to operations. Wesley holds an MBA from the Haskayne School of Business and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Queen's University, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Calgary.
