Randy Gritter began their work experience in 1998 as a Software Developer at Entero Corporation, a position they held for 20 years until 2018. In April 2018, they joined Quorum Software as a Developer, where they currently work.

Randy Gritter attended Calvin College from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
