Juan Serrano has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Juan began their career in 1993 as a Post-Production Graphic Designer and Production Editor at Niños Cantores Televisión. Juan then served as the Post-Production Director at Niños Cantores Televisión (UHF 36) from 1994 to 1996.

In 1997, Juan joined Grupo Radial Latina as a Producer, where they created and wrote promotions, assisted in radio show production, and managed the news department. Juan also worked as a Camera Operator and Field Producer for NCTV in 1999, covering MLB Spring Training.

From 2002 to 2003, Juan worked as a Graphic Designer and Broadcasting Technician at Universidad de Carabobo - DIMETEL, where they assisted in creative functions, designed strategies for new shows, and provided technical support.

Juan worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer and Post-Producer at SGD from 2008 to 2014, where they focused on 3D modeling, animation, and video editing.

From 2010 to 2010, Juan gained experience as a Student at ASTM International, conducting metallography lab sample preparation and performing surface analysis.

Juan joined FloMet LLC in 2005 and held various roles such as Materials Engineering Technician (R&D) and QA Tech/R&D Materials Test Tech. Juan was responsible for conducting measurements, testing, and ensuring quality standards were met.

Most recently, Juan worked at ARC Group Worldwide, Inc. as the Lead Web Developer and Designer since 2013. Juan designed and created visual content, developed graphic solutions for new web initiatives, and translated business requirements into user interfaces.

Throughout their career, Juan has demonstrated a strong background in graphics, design, web development, and production.

Juan Serrano has a diverse education history. From 2017 to 2023, they attended Daytona State College, earning two Associate of Science degrees. The first degree, obtained in Computer Information Technology, focused on general computer knowledge and skills. The second degree, obtained in Computer Programming and Analysis (Software Engineering Technology), provided specialized training in software development. Prior to their college education, Juan attended Universidad Católica Cecilio Acosta from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication, with a concentration in Communications and Journalism. In 1996, they also received a scholarship from the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Foundation and SIP, attending the Centro Internacional de Estudios Superiores de Comunicación para América Latina (CIESPAL). During that time, they completed a course on Production for News on TV. Additionally, Juan has obtained two certifications. In 2019, they received a Network Server Administration, A.S. Certificate from Daytona State College. In 2015, they earned a Certified Production Technician (MSSC) certification from the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council.
