Stephen Fahey currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Arbour Hospital since January 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Executive Director of Behavioral Health at Yale New Haven Health from March 2017 to December 2022. Earlier in their career, Stephen was the Chief Operating Officer at Eating Recovery Center and the Executive Director at Sierra Tucson. Stephen's experience also includes a directorial role in business development at MD Anderson Cancer Center Orlando and a CEO position at National Deaf Academy. Additionally, Stephen was the President and CEO of Hall-Brooke Behavioral Health and served on the board of the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems. Stephen's educational background includes an MBA in Healthcare from Questrom School of Business at Boston University, an MSW in Clinical Social Work from Boston College Graduate School of Social Work, and a BA in Psychology from Providence College.
