Lena Martinell is an experienced leader in organizational development and project management. Currently serving as Enhetschef Kundadministration, support och processtöd at ´¡°ù²ú±ð³Ù²õ´Úö°ù³¾±ð»å±ô¾±²Ô²µ±ð²Ô since November 2021, Lena has successfully established a new unit and introduced new roles and responsibilities while managing approximately 100 dedicated employees. Prior experience includes roles at Trygghetsstiftelsen, where Lena was responsible for organizational development and led significant restructuring projects, including the largest governmental transition in 15 years. Earlier positions include Project Manager at Folksam and Market Research Manager and HR Business Partner at KPA Pension, where Lena developed HR functions and conducted market analyses. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor's degree in Social Science from Uppsala University and various coaching and project management certifications.
