Rafaela M. is currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at ARANER since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rafaela held the position of HR Manager at Private-Radar from November 2022 to November 2023. Experience also includes a tenure in People Development at Capgemini Engineering from March 2022 to November 2022 and a role in talent operations and assessment at Banco Santander from May 2021 to April 2022. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Health from ISEP, a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga', a postgraduate degree in Child Clinical Psychology from ISEP, and academic activity in Forensic Psychology from the Latin American Association of Forensic Psychology.
