Maris Adriana Soriano García's work experience includes several roles in different companies. Maris Adriana started their career in 2011 as an Event Organizer at UDG - Secretaría de Educación Media Superior. In 2014, they worked on the US-México Bilateral Forum Collaboration of Higher Education at Arizona State University and also served as Fomento a la Internacionalización at UDG - Coordinación General de Cooperación e Internacionalización.

In 2015, Maris joined Apple where they held various positions such as Technical Specialist, Schedule Planner, Senior Campus Rep, Social Media Manager, Senior Advocate, and Workshop Facilitator at Aldea Digital. During their time at Apple, they gained experience in troubleshooting, technical support, schedule management, customer and staff flow analysis, social media strategy, and workshop facilitation.

In 2019, they moved on to ADWEB Solutions where they became a Data-Driven Marketing Team Leader and later took on the role of Digital Project Manager. Maris Adriana'sresponsibilities included overseeing team activities, conducting check-ins and one-on-one meetings, presenting reports and strategies to clients, and coordinating team activities.

In 2021, Maris joined Zigatta as a People and Culture Manager, where they were responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding new members, and overseeing the follow-up of new job openings and resumes. Maris Adriana continued in this role until February 2023.
