Rubanrex PMP is an experienced construction and development professional with a solid background in project management and planning. Currently serving as Associate Director of Development at Arada since July 2017, Rubanrex oversees significant projects such as Aljada, managing the master development program and consultant and contractor engagements. Prior experience includes key roles at DAMAC Properties, ALEC, and Sobha, where Rubanrex contributed to major developments including the Akoya Master development and various airport projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. With a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and ongoing education at the Project Management Institute, Rubanrex possesses strong expertise in project scheduling, resource management, and performance monitoring.
