Mohammed Riyas is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data architecture, engineering, and consulting. Currently serving as the Lead Data Architect at Arada since August 2023, Mohammed is responsible for architecting the Enterprise Data Warehouse and optimizing data models for enhanced performance. Previously, as an Azure Cloud & AI Consultant at Microsoft from August 2021 to August 2023, Mohammed designed AI and cloud solutions and developed the Event Analytics platform for the FIFA World Cup 2022. Prior roles include Senior Data Engineer at Emirates, where digital transformation and big data initiatives were a focus, and a similar position at Etisalat, emphasizing big data analytics and machine learning. Mohammed began a career in software development at Codinoz Technologies LLP, contributing to various applications and database designs after earning a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the University of Calicut in 2013.
