Philip Cheng currently serves as the Data Reporting Lead at Leith Wheeler Investment Counsel Ltd. since February 2023. Previously, Philip held several analytics-focused roles at the Ontario Securities Commission from January 2017 to April 2023, where responsibilities included delivering data products, developing dashboards with Tableau and Power BI, and conducting data analysis using Python and R. Earlier experience includes positions at TD Asset Management and TD Direct Investing, where Philip was involved in regulatory compliance for mutual funds and provided client services in investment transactions. Philip holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Toronto Scarborough and has further education from the CFA Institute and Canadian Securities Institute.
