Federico Giust has held a variety of roles since 1998. Federico began as an IT Support (Mac & PC) for Freelance Computer Services in 1998. In 2009, they took on a Temporary Sales Assistant role at Alice News Ltd. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Lead Graphic Designer for Key Producciones and a Team Leader Coordinator for EC London. From 2010 to 2017, they were a Lead Full Stack Software Developer and Support & Software Developer for Shocklogic Global Ltd. In 2017, they became a Full Stack & Salesforce Developer for Fastcall. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Senior Salesforce Developer for Altimetrik Uruguay. In 2019, they took on a Software Engineer role at BairesDev and a Salesforce Engineer (Remote via BairesDev) role at Sitetracker. Currently, they are a Senior Salesforce Developer at Aquiva Labs.

Federico Giust has a varied educational background. Federico completed a System Analyst degree from BIOS in 1999, followed by a CCNA from Cisco in 2003. In 2010, they obtained an MCSA from Microsoft IT Academy. Giust then went on to complete a Web Programming Using PHP & MySQL degree from City, University of London in 2013. Federico also obtained a Java OCJP from Learning Solutions in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Giust has obtained numerous certifications from Salesforce, Sitetracker, Code School, Udemy, and Microsoft.
