James Loughney has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. James started their career in 2005 as a Software Engineer at Robinson Associates, where they worked on safety critical software for the railway industry. James then joined True Clarity as an Application Developer, leading multiple projects and contributing to the success of client projects.

In 2009, James worked as a Web Analyst at The Law Society of England and Wales, overseeing the technical implementation of a new CMS website. James later joined Brightside Group Limited as a Web Developer, collaborating with business analysts and the marketing team to deliver promotional websites and enhancing a core internal finance application.

From 2013 to 2015, James worked as a Senior Programmer at IPL, where they implemented new feature requests using Asp.net MVC. James then moved to Absolute Software as a Senior Application Developer, responsible for developing and customizing internal applications using various technologies.

In 2019, James joined Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L) as an Application Developer, specializing in customizing financial applications and reports for corporate investment accounts. Currently, they are working at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology as a Senior Salesforce Developer, contributing to the maintenance and development of the company's systems.

Throughout their career, James has demonstrated strong technical skills, collaboration abilities, and a proven track record of achieving significant milestones in their roles.

James Loughney attended the University of the West of England from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science, graduating with first-class honors. James also holds additional certifications as a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, which were obtained in July 2023 and December 2020, respectively.
