Sanjay Basu holds extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as a Mentor at Ei Samay since May 2024 and as a Legal Advisor for the West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation Ltd since February 2023. Additionally, Sanjay has been a member of the State Board of Wildlife and serves as Senior Standing Counsel at the Supreme Court, along with advisory roles in the Home & Hill Affairs Department and the West Bengal Heritage Commission since March 2020. Sanjay is also a member of the General Council at the National University of Juridical Sciences in Kolkata since September 2021 and has been a Partner at AQUILAW since October 2015.
