Molly Plumley is an accomplished founder and coach specializing in personal and professional development. As the founder of TBD Coaching, LLC since July 2019, Molly facilitates one-on-one coaching sessions focused on strategic leadership and organizational effectiveness. In roles at Sounding Board, Inc. and Lead Belay, Molly guides leaders in talent development and emerging managerial skills. As an instructor at Four Streams School of Coaching, Molly teaches courses centered on positive psychology and transformational coaching. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes founding Munro & Plumley Clothiers, LLC, where Molly managed operations and customer experiences, and serving as the Director of Talent Development at Balani Custom Clothiers. Molly's early career includes roles at Astor and Black Custom Clothiers, where significant contributions were made to sales and people operations. Educational credentials include an International Coaching Federation credential and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Carroll University.
