Kelli Rodda has diverse work experience in the sales and marketing industry. Kelli most recently worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Aquila Lodging in 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Area Sales Manager and Task Force Manager at Aimbridge Hospitality from January to July 2023. In 2022, they worked as an Account Executive at Aramark. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Division Sales Supervisor at Central States Manufacturing, Inc. Before that, they worked as a Sales Director and Solar Energy Consultant at ArrowPoint Solar from December 2020 to April 2021. In 2020, they also worked as a Sales Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton. From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of Area Director of Sales and Business Development at Pax Properties, LLC. In 2018, they worked as an Area Sales Manager at Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Their career also includes experience as an Area Sales Coordinator at McKibbon Hospitality from 2017 to 2018, and as a Marketing/Business Development Manager at Hotel Duval, Autograph Collection from 2013 to 2017.

Kelli Rodda has pursued a diverse education history. In 2019, they enrolled at Florida Atlantic University and completed a certification in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Following that, from 2020 to 2022, they attended NorthWest Arkansas Community College where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Engineering. Currently, starting from 2022 and anticipated to end in 2025, Kelli is enrolled at the University of Arkansas pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on General Studies.
