Eric Federman is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as Team Manager for Commercial Customer Success at Aquant since April 2018, Eric has also held roles as Customer Success Manager Team Lead and Customer Success Manager. Since March 2019, Eric has contributed as an Investor at ERS Partners. Prior roles include Product & Operations at LifeBEAM Inc. and Risk and Reporting Analyst III at Moven, where responsibilities encompassed fraud management, procedural efficiency, and collaboration with technology teams. Eric also has experience in property management as Head Operations Manager at Proprly and completed an internship at Tracx focusing on product analytics and data insights. Eric began the professional journey with an internship in the Office of the Mayor of Jerusalem. Educationally, Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University.
