Thilak Srinivas has a diverse range of work experiences. Starting in 2019 as an Organizer for the Civil Engineering Association at NIT Trichy, they later became a Marketing Manager for the same organization. In 2020, they joined Festember NIT Trichy as an Organizer for the largest cultural fest in South India. Thilak also worked as a Growth Consultant for Management Masters, a boutique admissions consulting firm for top business schools worldwide, where they created and executed a Go-To-Market strategy. Thilak then became a Strategy Consultant for ConnectMeUp, conducting competitor benchmarking, creating a Go-to-Market strategy, and automating sales processes. In the same year, they served as a Research Intern with Dr. V Kumar at the Indian School of Business, focusing on text analysis and designing surveys related to customer experience in mobile payment apps. Thilak also worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, managing social media handles and creating content for online courses. Thilak currently holds multiple roles, including being a Senior Consultant & Branding Manager at 180 Degrees Consulting NIT Trichy, where they provide growth solutions to startups and NGOs. Thilak is also a Product Management Intern at FrontRow, a Team Lead at AppX, and a Project Manager at Tamasha.live.
Thilak Srinivas began their education in 2016 at S.M.B.Matriculation Higher secondary school, where they completed Grade 10 in 2017. Thilak continued their studies at the same school and completed Grade 12 in 2019. Thilak then pursued a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Civil Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli from 2019 to 2023. In December 2020, they obtained a certification in Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School.
