Beth Fisk, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President and Director of Corporate Operations at ARA since 2004, while also holding the position of Vice President, Human Resources Director. Prior to their role at ARA, Beth was an active volunteer with SHRM of New Mexico from 1999 to 2008 and served as a Director for SHRM from 2006 to 2007. Beth Fisk holds an Associate Fellowship in Talent Management from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the UNM Anderson School of Management, completed in 1999.
