Jan De Decker has extensive experience in the aviation industry, starting with their role as a Planning Liaison Officer and Project Leader at SABENA Heavy Maintenance Airbus A310 from 1985 to 1991. Jan then became a Slot Coordinator at Sabena from 1991 to 2001, and later a Senior Slot Coordinator at Brussels Slot Coordination from 2001 to 2006.

Jan then worked as a Consultant at Transoft Solutions Inc. for a short period in 2006 before joining Prolog Development Center as an Application Service Manager for their airport slot scheduling and monitoring system. Jan De Decker's most recent experience is as the Director of Operations at PDC A/S, where they are responsible for the operational activities of PDC-Aviation in North and South America. Prior to this role, they were the Application Service Manager at PDC Solutions Canada Ltd.
