Mitchell Kelly is a Control System Engineer at Applied Control since January 2021, previously serving as a Process Automation Engineer at Emerson Automation Solutions from June 2018 to January 2021. At Emerson, Mitchell configured DeltaV Distributed Control Systems, developed HMI graphics, implemented S88 batch recipes, designed custom control logic, and led multiple engineering projects and acceptance tests. Prior experience includes a Sales Engineering Internship at RSA Security, where assistance was provided in completing proposals and proofs of concept, as well as serving as Risk Manager for Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, focusing on risk management initiatives. Mitchell began a career in soccer officiating with Metro United Soccer Club, which included mentoring new referees. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Kansas, earned between 2013 and 2018, along with a high school diploma from Shawnee Mission West.
