Matthew Kalmans is a Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Applecart, a high-growth marketing technology company established in 2013 that specializes in mapping social relationships using publicly available data. In addition to this role, Kalmans is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society, an esteemed association for senior public relations and corporate communications executives. Kalmans serves as a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Robert A. Fox Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania and previously held a position as a Fox Research and Service Summer Fellow, assisting John DiIulio. Kalmans also served as a Commissioner for the Weston Commission for Children and Youth, appointed to oversee youth affairs in Weston. Kalmans holds a Bachelor's Degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania, and is an alumnus of Weston High School.
