Paul Smith has extensive experience in the sports management field, particularly within Sale Sharks Rugby Club, where Paul has held multiple key positions since March 2004, including Chief Executive Officer, Operations Director, Operations Manager, and Team Manager. Prior to this management career, Paul was a professional rugby player for Sale Sharks from September 1988 to June 2000. Paul completed education at Rossall School from 1980 to 1987.
