Ben Gray has a diverse work experience in the field of digital experience and product marketing. Ben started their career at Forrester Research in 2004, where they held various roles including Research Associate, Senior Research Associate, Researcher, Analyst, Senior Analyst, and finally Principal Analyst. Ben worked at Forrester Research until 2013. In 2013, they joined Applause as a Product Marketing Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Digital Experience Analyst in 2015.
Ben Gray attended Boston Latin School from 1993 to 1999. After completing their secondary education, they pursued higher studies at Brandeis University from 1999 to 2003. At Brandeis University, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Computer Science, with a focus on Internet Studies and Anthropology.
