Pavel Shturm has been working in the software engineering field since 2016. In that year, they started as a Lead Engineer for Navigational Equipment at ResourceTrans. During this role, they automated the collection and consolidation of data from navigation equipment and tachographs, the introduction of data into the automated accounting system, set up navigation equipment before installation on vehicles, managed a team of 10 professionals, and trained operators to work with the system.

In 2017, Pavel moved to IncomTech as a Junior Software Engineer, where they developed a CRM system for a call center in conjunction with an asterisk. At the moment, this CRM is used by more than 5 pharmacy chains in 3 regions of the country.

In 2018, they joined ImaginWeb as a Junior Software Engineer, where they corrected problem areas, refactored and added new functionality to the PSKOV search and analytical system, and solved R&D tasks.

In 2019, Pavel moved to Raiffeisen Bank Russia as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. In this role, they developed an NLU chatbot from scratch, in collaboration with the Data Science team. Pavel also participated in the development of the project architecture and implemented a supervisor that raises and scales predictive workers (consumers) in real time.

Currently, Pavel is a Senior Software Engineer at AppFollow, a position they have held since 2022.

Pavel Shturm attended Saratov State University named after N.G.Chernyshevsky from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a specialist degree in applied informatics in economics.
