Tatiana Vutcarev started their work experience in 2014 as a Volunteer Journalist at the NGO "Implică-te". Tatiana then joined the Peace Corps as a Junior Counselor and Volunteer from 2014 to 2016. In 2018, they worked at VocApp as a Marketing Intern and later as a Linguist and Junior Project Manager until 2020. Tatiana then became an Outreach Manager at PhotoAiD from July 2020 to December 2020. Tatiana further worked as a Market Manager at Lentiamo s.r.o. from April 2021 to August 2022. Currently, they are a Junior Growth Manager at AppAgent, a Strategic & Creative Mobile Marketing Agency since October 2022.

Tatiana Vutcarev completed their education in a chronological order. Tatiana obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universitatea "Dunărea de Jos" din Galați from 2016 to 2019. In the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Ioannina. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Management from Prague University of Economics and Business from 2020 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Tatiana Vutcarev has achieved several additional certifications. Tatiana obtained "Monetization 101" from APPMASTERS in March 2023. Tatiana also holds certifications in "App Marketing" from Udacity in October 2022, "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage in October 2021, and "Google Analytics for Beginners" from Google Analytics in November 2021. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in "Google Ads Apps," "Google Ads Display," and "Google Ads Search" from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in January 2023.
