Max Silvester is an experienced executive in the field of People and Culture, currently serving as Executive Manager at The APP Group since October 2022. Prior roles include Senior Manager positions in People and Culture and Talent at Dexus from October 2018 to October 2022, National Talent Acquisition Manager at Lendlease from November 2015 to October 2018, and Team Lead in Property, Construction, and Engineering at Enginuity from August 2011 to November 2015.
