Beatrice Moine has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in cruise lines and international hotels. Beatrice started their career in 1996 as a Chef de Rang at Chefs de France. From 1998 to 2001, they worked at Disney Cruise Line as a Waitress and later as a Service Excellence Manager. Beatrice then joined Norwegian Cruise Line where they served as a Restaurant Manager and later as an F&B Director from 2001 to 2005. Beatrice also worked as a Hotel Director at Celebrity Cruises, Inc. from 2005 to 2006. In 2007, they founded and directed Hotel Ops International. From 2008 to 2021, they held various talent acquisition roles at The Apollo Group, including Senior Manager and Director of Shipboard Talent Acquisition. In 2021, they briefly worked as an Internal Recruitment Consultant at Virgin Voyages. As of April 2022, Beatrice is currently employed as the Sr Director of Global HR at The Apollo Group.
