Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and worked as a Nutritionist in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana served as a university professor teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
