Dorcas Tanui has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as a Customer Service Executive at Apollo Agriculture since January 2020, where responsibilities include making outbound calls to farmers and capturing their profiles in the system. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Representative at UAP Old Mutual Group and Pioneer Assurance Company Limited in 2019 and a brief tenure as an Accounting Intern at the National Treasury, Kimilili in 2018. Dorcas holds a degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Eldoret, attained between 2013 and 2017, and completed secondary education at Kapropita Girls High School from 2006 to 2009.
