Tina R. currently serves as Deputy Manager - HR and HR & Operations Partner at Apexon, providing both tactical and strategic HR support since March 2021. Tina's responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day HR operations in the UK, managing performance management, payroll, and employee record maintenance, as well as delivering company inductions. Previous experience includes roles as HR Team Leader at NECS NHS, HR Projects Co-ordinator at Johnson Matthey, and various HR positions at PX Group, culminating in expertise in compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Tina began the HR journey at BHK as an Administration Assistant, progressively gaining valuable HR experience.
