Paul Kingston has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Paul currently holds the position of Global Talent Acquisition Director at Voisin Consulting Life Sciences (VCLS) since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Perrigo Company plc as European Talent Acquisition from October 2018 to November 2021. Before that, they held the role of Manager at Cpl from June 2016 to September 2018. Paul also worked as a Digital Recruitment Manager at TalentHub Recruitment from 2015 to 2016 and at The People Group from 2012 to 2015. Paul Kingston gained experience as Owner / Recruitment Consultant at Felix James from 2010 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at both Quest Recruitment from 2008 to 2009 and Parc from 2006 to 2007.

Paul Kingston completed a Diploma in Executive and Leadership Coaching from The Coaching & Mentoring Partnership in 2013-2014. Paul then pursued a PG Dip Law from Technological University Dublin in 2006-2007, specializing in Company Law, Employment Law, Contract Law, European Law, Constitutional Law, Property Law, Equity Law, and Tort Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Hospitality Administration/Management from Technological University Dublin in 2005. In 2019-2020, Paul attended the Employer Branding Academy - Universum, focusing on Employer Branding.
