Govind Tiwari has extensive work experience in the field of intellectual property research and analysis. Govind started their career as an INTERN VERILOG at CEED TECHNOLOGY in 2010. Later, they worked as a Patent Analyst at Dolcera from September 2013 to October 2015, where they conducted landscapes, invalidations, searches, and prior art searches for various clients.

In 2015, they joined Clairvolex as a Technology Associate, specializing in evidence of use (EOU), infringement analysis, and knock-out searches.

From 2016 to 2022, Govind worked at Evalueserve, first as a Research Associate, then as a Senior Research Associate, and finally as an Assistant Manager. In these roles, they handled various tasks such as invention disclosure, infringement analysis, product searching, and evidence of use (EoU).

In 2022, Govind joined UnitedLex as a Consultant and worked until 2023.

Currently, they hold the position of Senior Analyst at Apexon, where they provide support to inventors and attorneys at a client location, specifically focusing on invention harvesting, invention mining, and IPR support for a Fortune 500 client.

Govind Tiwari has a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from J K Institute of Applied physics and technology, University of Allahabad, as well as a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication from BBSCET. In addition, they received a certification in DL-101 General Course on Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization in April 2016.
