Brad Winkler

Enterprise Service Desk Specialist Mid (Triage/Data Analysis) at GCorp

Brad Winkler has extensive experience in IT support and network management, currently serving as an Enterprise Service Desk Specialist Mid at GCorp Consulting since May 2016, where responsibilities include Triage, SQL Query, and data analysis for service reporting. In addition to this role, Brad has been a Cyber Network Operator for the United States Marine Forces Reserve since February 2008, overseeing network connectivity for the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing and handling technical requests across various platforms. Previously, from June 2011 to January 2015, Brad worked as a Tier 2 Prism TV Helpdesk Technician at CenturyLink, providing vital customer support through troubleshooting and service provisioning.
