Anand's extensive experience in human resources spans over two decades and includes significant roles at HP, Genpact, Tata Technologies, GE, Eicher Engineering Solutions, and Arvind Mills. Anand's educational background features a specialization in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Texas at Austin, along with advanced degrees in Operations from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and Engineering from SGSITS and GEC Bhopal.
