Ivan Tello has a diverse range of work experience. Ivan started their career in 2008 at JCPenney as a Customer Service Associate, where they provided exceptional customer service and assisted with various tasks such as stocking merchandise and handling returns. In 2011, Ivan joined Maimonides Medical Center as a Team Leader-Patient Transport, where they played a crucial role in transporting patients and delivering specimens while maintaining high-quality standards.

In 2021, Ivan worked at Official ASM Global as a Box Office Ticket Seller at Barclays Center. Ivan assisted customers with ticket purchases and provided event support to the box office management team. Ivan also had a role at The New York Racing Association in 2022, where they helped during the Belmont Stakes racing festival event and provided excellent customer service.

In 2022, Ivan gained experience in the sports industry by working for both the New York Jets and the New York Mets. At the New York Jets, they served as a Premium Partnerships- Gameday Customer Service Representative, welcoming suite/club seat partners and assisting with their gameday needs. Ivan also troubleshooted gameday issues and worked closely with the Premium Partnerships department to fulfill VIP customer expectations. At the New York Mets, Ivan was a Ticket Services Representative, utilizing the Provenue ticketing platform and providing the highest level of customer service to fans.

Additionally, Ivan participated in a study abroad program in 2020, where they learned about different approaches to sports management and assisted the New Zealand Breakers basketball team with pregame giveaways and sponsorship setup. Finally, Ivan worked at JCPenney as a Customer Service Associate from 2008 to 2011, where they continued to provide exceptional customer service and assist store patrons with their needs.

Ivan Tello earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from CUNY New York City College of Technology between 2017 and 2019. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Sport Management and Exercise Sciences from The University of Kansas from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, Ivan obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Global Sports Management from NYU School of Professional Studies in September 2021.
