Laura Agharkar is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in talent management, organizational culture, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as the VP and Global Head of Human Resources at Apex Fintech Solutions since April 2024, Laura previously held significant roles at Nasdaq, where as AVP of People Experience and Culture, Laura led the development of diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Prior positions include Head of US Talent Management at Ferring Pharmaceuticals and various leadership roles at Samsung Electronics America, where Laura drove talent management initiatives and workforce planning. Laura's career began at 24 Seven Inc. and includes diverse experiences in recruitment and marketing. Laura holds a BA in History and Business from the University of Oregon.
