Melvina Dhini Amalia currently serves as HR Assistant Manager at INDODAX - Indonesia Digital Asset Exchange since January 2024. Previously, Melvina acted as the lead for Human Capital Services at Xapiens Teknologi Indonesia from December 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included payroll processing and salary management. Prior to that, Melvina worked as a Human Resources Generalist at MNC Media from June 2019 to December 2021, managing recruitment and selection processes. Earlier career experiences include a finance staff role at PT. TELKOM AKSES and an internship in finance at PT. Mekar Armada Jaya. Melvina holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitas Mercu Buana, completed in 2018.
