Melanie Budd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology leadership and corporate compliance. Currently serving as the Corporate Law and Compliance Technology Lead at Aon since March 2008, Melanie is responsible for managing a large-scale technology ecosystem that supports global law and compliance operations. Previous roles at Aon include Senior Director of Security and Risk Technology, overseeing a significant technology portfolio for Cybersecurity and Risk Management, and IT Director for Corporate Risk Management & Finance Technology, where operational efficiency and scalability were prioritized. Earlier career experience includes leadership positions at Leapfrog Online, where a next-generation marketing platform was implemented, and IBM (SPSS), where business process improvement initiatives were spearheaded.
