Dimitrios Vourakis is a seasoned legal and operational professional with a diverse background in corporate law and business management. As a co-founder and Board Director at Emrgo since June 2018, Dimitrios has significantly contributed to the company's strategic direction and operations as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this role, Dimitrios was a visiting speaker at London Business School and served as Senior Legal Counsel at DDWD. Earlier legal experience includes positions as a solicitor at Watson Farley & Williams and HAYNES AND BOONE CDG LLP, as well as a seconded Corporate Counsel role at SBM Offshore. Dimitrios holds an MBA from London Business School, an LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from King's College London, and an LLB from the University of Athens, Law School.
