Arafa Heneghan is an experienced branding professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Director of Brand at AO since October 2016, Arafa has also held the roles of Head of Brand and Employer Brand Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, experience includes working as Brand Manager at Yorkshire Building Society Group from May 2013 to October 2016 and as Services Marketing Manager at The Co-operative Pharmacy from March 2011 to May 2013. Arafa holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from De Montfort University, completed between 1999 and 2002.
