Ruth Brown is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience across various roles in design leadership and strategy. Currently serving as Principal Designer at ANZ since July 2021, Ruth has previously held significant positions including GM Design Research at Xero and Head of People Research at Trade Me. Ruth's expertise encompasses UX strategy and research, having worked as a UX Strategist and consulting for several organizations. Ruth's career spans over two decades with key roles in project and service delivery management. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Science from The University of Auckland.
