Leena Ansari has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant for Keller Williams Realty. From 2010 to 2015, they held various research assistant roles at the University of Illinois at Chicago. In 2015, they became a User Experience Researcher at DePaul University's Play for Change Lab. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Cars.com in various roles, including Product Designer, Associate Interaction Designer, and Interaction Design Intern. In 2019, they joined Rightpoint as an Interaction Design Lead and Senior Interaction Designer. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Senior Product Designer at Possible.

Leena Ansari received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2013. Leena then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University, which they completed in 2016.
