Anand Avati has a strong background in software development, with over 14 years of experience. Anand began their career in 2008 as a Software Engineer at Bytech India Private Limited, where they worked for a year. Anand then joined ASCENT CONSULTING SERVICES PVT LTD as a Software Engineer and worked there for two years. In 2011, Anand joined IHS Markit as a Senior Software Engineer and stayed with the company for nine years. In 2020, they joined Janes as a Principal Software Development Engineer and worked there for two years. Currently, Anand is employed as a Principal Software Development Engineer at Anthology Inc, starting in September 2022.

Anand Avati completed a Master's in Computer Application from Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology in BANGALORE from 2005 to 2008. They also obtained various certifications related to cloud services, blockchain, and web development from LinkedIn in 2019.
