Janelle started their career as a Desk Clerk/Assistant Sales Manager at Savannah Suites Hotel, where they handled guest registrations, resolved complaints, and conducted sales activities. Janelle then transitioned to a role as a Helpdesk Support at Aiken Technical College, providing technical assistance and maintaining records.
