Yang (Kavin) Cao, CFA, currently serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors and Director of Financing/Operation at Antengene since March 2019. Prior to this role, Kavin worked at Citic Group from March 2015 to March 2019, focusing on M&A and PE investment. Kavin also gained experience as a Research Analyst at China Xin Yongan Futures Company Limited in mid-2012. Educationally, Kavin holds a Master's degree in Economics from Northeastern University, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from China Foreign Affairs University, obtained in 2013.
