Ilona Binkiewicz is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as Associate Director of Risk Based Quality Management and Global Study Manager at AstraZeneca since August 2021. Previously, Ilona held positions at Pfizer as Senior Associate in Competitive Intelligence and at BIOTON S.A. in various roles including Group Project Manager and Project Manager for Global Business Development. Responsibilities included market research, project planning, negotiations with business partners, and cross-departmental team leadership. Earlier experience includes a research role at the Institute of Physical Chemistry, Polish Academy of Sciences, and research work at Universidad de Jaén in Spain. Ilona holds a Master's degree in Chemical Technology from Warsaw University of Technology, is a PhD candidate in Economics at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and completed post-graduate studies in Clinical Trials and Drug Development.
