Uma K.'s work experience begins in 2008 as a Senior Customer Support Officer for Allsec Technologies, where they collected outstanding funds from U.S commercial customers. Uma then worked at Zenta Knowledge Services as a Senior Analyst, analyzing data and coordinating with clients in the U.S for outstanding mortgage balances. From 2011 to 2014, Uma was a Journal Manager at Elsevier, responsible for managing journals and developing strategies for journal planning and publishing. Uma then joined Chegg Inc. as a Chegg Managed Network Expert, helping U.S students learn Operations Management concepts. Their performance in this role was rated excellent in quality reviews. In 2021, Uma worked as a Consultant - Publisher Relations at Mintbook. Currently, Uma is an Associate Project Manager at ansrsource, where they manage client communication, key project parameters, and executes projects with a cross-functional team.
