Chris Spendley is a seasoned real estate development professional currently serving as Vice President of Development at Quarterra Group since March 2022. Prior to this role, Chris held various leadership positions at UDR from March 2011 to February 2022, advancing from Senior Analyst to Vice President of Development. Chris also gained significant experience at Aimco Apartment Homes from December 2006 to March 2011 as an Asset Manager and Senior Analyst, and at ARA - Denver (now Newmark Knight Frank) as a Financial Analyst from November 2004 to December 2006. Chris holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a finance emphasis from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned between 2000 and 2004.
