Ngoc Tran currently serves as the Customer Service Specialist Manager at NVA Compassion-First since December 2023. Prior to this role, Ngoc Tran held various positions in the veterinary field, including Veterinary Tech Team Lead and Veterinary Assistant at National Veterinary Associates and Merced Animal Medical Center, respectively. Additional experience includes front desk receptionist duties at Merced Animal Medical Center, guest services and training roles at Target's Starbucks, and retail positions at DSW and Abercrombie & Fitch. Ngoc Tran earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from California State University, Fresno between 2012 and 2015.
