Hermann Gioja currently serves as Lead R&D and Technical Leader C at Aniah since May 2023. Prior to this role, Hermann held positions at Groupe SII from October 2021 to May 2023, including Embedded System Engineer and Practice Leader, with responsibilities in community management, technical support, and involvement in events. Hermann contributed to STMicroelectronics projects involving ToF cameras and bootROM tests during this period. From November 2013 to September 2021, Hermann worked at Atos as a Technical Leader, focusing on virtual disk encryption for IBM AIX, alongside roles in software development and consulting in embedded systems. Additional experience includes a tenure at Bull as a Validation Consultant and a software engineering role at STMicroelectronics. Hermann holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Transaction Level Modeling and a Master's degree in Electronics and Computer Science from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
